*Deposits: Any single night reservations will require full payment prior to arrival. Reservations for two to four nights will require a 50% deposit. Reservations for five to six nights will require a 40% deposit. Reservations seven or more nights, as well as special packages, will require 30% of the reservation total to confirm. Additional deposits or payments may be required. Deposits are non-transferable and are applied to the first and last night of your stay. Deposits must be received within 7 days of making the reservation or the reservation will become null & void. The customer is responsible for the entire number of days/nights reserved. Any changes made in the number of nights or dates of the reservation will be considered a new reservation and will subject the original reservation to the standard cancellation policy. There are no refunds for early Check-Outs or No-Shows. Refunds may not be applied to next season. No refunds for inclement weather.
*Cancellation Policies: In the event of a cancellation, 50% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to date of arrival. No refunds within 14 days of arrival. Special packages are non-refundable. Payments & Balances: Personal checks are an acceptable means of payment if received at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival. Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 processing fee and will be applied directly to the room bill. Balance due in full upon arrival in the form of cash, travelers' check, certified check, money order or credit card. No personal checks accepted at check-in, regardless of circumstance. Parking: One (1) parking space per unit, regardless of size or type of accommodation.
